ECB welfare of young people in cricket policy and procedures ‘SAFE HANDS The Old Tauntonians & Romsey Cricket Club is committed to ensuring that all young people who play cricket have safe and positive experiences and has adopted the ECB policy and procedure document ‘SAFE HANDS’.
It is the responsibility of all members and associates to ensure the welfare of all young cricketers (under 18) whilst they are active with the Club.
Because the Old Tauntonians & Romsey Cricket club promotes the development of young cricketers by encouraging them to play in senior teams all adult Team Captains require a satisfactory CRB check and need to complete the acceptance form for the Club’s Codes of Conduct Adult players need to complete a self declaration form and an acceptance declaration for the Club’s Codes of Conduct.
