OTs and Romsey u17s began their quest for a 3rd Kerry Cup with a hard fought 19 run win over Bashley. Batting first after Captain Costley won the toss, openers Harry Tulk and Elliott Mitchell-Lee put on 78 in 8 overs. Tulk retired with a 26 ball 43 and Mitchell-Lee was dismissed for 29. A mid-innings wobble was halted by Katie George scoring 23. The innings closed on 133-6 from 20 overs. In reply Bashley started well, but a fine run out by Rhys Mitchell-Lee and tight bowling from Matt Bampton (1-15), Sam Costley (1-12) and Harry Tulk (1-6) saw OTs & Romsey to victory
